Composer/producer/vocal coach and educator Philip Carroll has been writing and producing music as well as teaching voice freelance for over ten years. He has worked with hundreds of singer-songwriters, helping them realize their visions, and has recently started Recording Artists' Development (R.A.D.), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to helping unusually talented singer-songwriters who might not otherwise have access to a producer and recording facilities.

Philip has taught at the Greenwich House music school for eight years and the Pratt Institute for three years. Before joining HF, he wrote music for the dance company Trodoca, which has been heard all over the world. Philip studied music at Manhattan School of music, where he majored in opera.

The classical music of Drew Hemenger has been heard throughout the United States. He has completed numerous commissions, recently including Manhattan Flourish for the Goldman Band, which was performed at New York's Lincoln Center. Drew was also the winner of the ALEA III International Composition Competition for The Unforgettable Hour, a soprano and chamber ensemble work, which was performed by ALEA III at Boston University. Drew received his Master's and Doctorate degrees from Manhattan School of Music where he studied with Richard Danielpour.

Prior to the formation of HF Music, Drew and Philip collaborated on popular songs and other commercial projects, where they discovered that Drew's classical composition background and Philip's extensive experience writing and producing popular and other more commercial genres were a perfect fit for the world of film, television and commercials.
